01 · Enrollment3 questions
  • How do I enroll in a course?

You can enroll by visiting our Contact page and filling out the inquiry form, or by reaching us directly on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210. Our team will guide you through the enrollment process, help you choose the right course level, and confirm your batch schedule.

  • Do I need any prior knowledge to start?

Not at all. Our A1/N5 beginner courses are designed for absolute beginners with zero prior exposure to the language. We start from the very basics — alphabets, scripts, and foundational grammar. You just need enthusiasm and commitment.

  • Can I switch between batches or levels?

Yes, we allow batch transfers based on availability. If a course feels too easy or too challenging, we'll assess your level and recommend the appropriate batch. Level upgrades require completing the current level's assessment.

02 · Courses4 questions
  • Which languages does Triqora teach?

We teach Japanese (JLPT N5–N1), German (CEFR A1–C1, with TestDaF prep), and French (CEFR A1–C1, with DELF/DALF prep). All three programmes are taught by native or certified instructors.

  • How long does each course take to complete?

Course duration varies by level. Beginner courses (N5/A1) take ~3 months. Intermediate (N3/B1) takes 6 months. Advanced (N1/C1) can take 8–12 months. Each programme runs 3 sessions per week, ~2–2.5 hours each.

  • What is the class schedule and format?

We offer multiple batch timings — morning, afternoon, and evening — to accommodate students and working professionals. Classes are conducted in-person at our Chennai academy or on partner campuses. Batches are capped at 20 students for personalized attention.

  • Do you provide study materials?

Yes — all course materials are included in the enrollment fee. This includes textbooks, workbooks, practice sheets, vocabulary decks, and access to supplementary audio/video resources. You won't need to purchase anything separately.

03 · JLPT3 questions
  • What is the JLPT and why does it matter?

The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is the most widely recognized certification for Japanese language ability worldwide. It has 5 levels: N5 (basic) to N1 (advanced). JLPT certification is required or highly valued by Japanese companies, universities, and immigration programmes.

  • Does Triqora guarantee I'll pass the JLPT?

We can't guarantee individual results, but our track record speaks for itself — 95% of our students pass on their first attempt. We provide structured preparation including mock tests, time management training, and targeted revision sessions.

  • When are JLPT exams held?

JLPT is administered twice a year — typically the first Sunday of July and the first Sunday of December — at official centres in Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi. We help every student register on time and prepare a sitting plan for their target level.

04 · German2 questions
  • Which German certifications do you prepare for?

We prepare students for Goethe-Zertifikat (A1–C1), TestDaF (for German university admissions), and telc Deutsch. Goethe and TestDaF are required for most ausbildung and Studienkolleg pathways, and we map every level to its target exam from day one.

  • I want to do an ausbildung in Germany — where do I start?

Most ausbildung programmes require B1 or B2 German. We recommend starting with our A1 course and progressing through to B1/B2 over roughly 9–12 months. We'll also help with visa-aligned exam booking and recognition paperwork.

05 · French2 questions
  • Which French certifications do you prepare for?

We prepare students for DELF (A1–B2) and DALF (C1–C2), the official certifications of the French Ministry of Education. These are recognized for life by French universities, employers, and immigration authorities.

  • Is French useful for studying in France or Canada?

Yes. Most French universities require DELF B2 for undergraduate admission and DALF C1 for postgraduate. For Quebec immigration and study, French proficiency is a significant scoring factor in the CSQ. We map our curriculum to both pathways.

06 · Pricing2 questions
  • How much do the courses cost?

Pricing varies by language, level, and format. We offer competitive rates with flexible payment options including monthly installments. Contact us for the latest fee structure — we also provide group discounts and special rates for institutional partnerships.

  • Are there any scholarships or discounts available?

Yes. We offer early-bird discounts for advance enrollment, group discounts for 3+ students enrolling together, and merit-based fee waivers for exceptional students. Institutional partnerships also have special negotiated rates.

07 · Institutions2 questions
  • How does the institutional partnership work?

We bring the complete language programme to your campus — certified instructors, exam-aligned curriculum, all learning materials, regular assessments, and certification support. Your institution provides the classroom and student coordination — we handle everything else.

  • What is the minimum number of students required?

We typically require a minimum of 15 students per batch to start an institutional programme. We're flexible and can discuss arrangements for smaller groups. Contact our partnerships team for customized solutions.
